Once, I met a girl who didn't speak my language.

Didn't stop us from becoming amazing friends.

A few years later, she came all the way to the country I was in, on a holiday with her friend, in the hopes that I might see her.

I cancelled my plans, and went where she was.

A few days later, I said something funny, (apparently)...

And she laughed for, precisely, the length of time of my Smile song.

As Fate would have it. Or destiny. Or an inherent, ingrained sense of timing on one or both of our parts.

Or, as the magic of life would have it...that's what I like to think...
